Where you’ll never feel hungry!

@home

So, it’s Christmas.  Normally, people would go out and celebrate of course but where was I? At home! Too lazy to go out I guess and furthermore, my dad’s working. Oh well, it’s not often i get to sit at home doing…nothing! Not exactly nothing, I started on a game ‘Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII’. Will add more info on it when I get back from camp. Till then~

“No Litter”

 It seems that some students in NYP has found a new way to spread the “No Litter” campaign. Wait, do we even have such a campaign in the first place?!

Memories Off 2nd

Well, on thursday, it was Hari Raya Haji and my family went to visit my grand-uncle’s house as he invited us over for lunch. After lunch, he suddenly exclaimed ” Eh Sean, you want games?!” I was like stunned of course as I have no idea what games he meant. So lo and behold! I receive about 3 of the same game and a different one. The former is Memories Off 2nd.

The game looks nice! However, it’s in Chinese!! I was like “NUOOOOOOOOO!” Either I go for a crash course now or I find other alternatives *cries* I’ve so wanted to play these kind of game (the clean ones, playing h-games on my com is suicidal no?) Well, it’s a non-h game so it’s safe! It’s still in chinese though…..Here are some screens

Japan #2 – Rice Cooker Bread

This video is from one of the episode of Yakitate!! Japan. The concept of using a rice cooker to make bread is actually quite interesting. Furthermore, it doesn’t look that difficult to make although the time to make it is rather long. So anyone willing to give it a go and tell me if it’s good?

Sayonara Common Tests~

Today will be the last day I’ll be sitting for a common test in NYP. Hmm, not really though as there will be comm skills ct during the examinations but what the heck, I normally regard it as an exam. Truth to be told, after being close to 3 years in poly, I still tend to do last minute revisions and that often kills me when the paper I’m taking is theory-based. Oh well, what’s done is done. Now I’ll be able to concentrate on the 5 major projects at hand.

Miracle Voice Club Set

Two new Miracle Voice Club has recently been released in JPN Pangya. What’s so special about these clubs you asked? Well, after equipping either one of the clubs to your character, they’re able to speak. Yes, speak! Each character have their own voiceovers. No more repetitive ‘Pangya’ anymore as each of them will have their own style of saying it. There are even voiceovers for things like powershots and the dreaded O.B! Sadly though, PangyaSEA is still far from getting these clubs as we don’t even have Season 3 yet. You’ll get to hear the characters’ voices in the video below and some of the voices are pretty familiar…Best thing for me is, Kooh’s voice actress is Kugumiya Rie, which is the very same voice actress for Shana. Haha, enjoy~

the Sweet Potato Place

I found out about this stall when one of my colleagues asked me to help her buy some sweet potatoes for her to snack on. The stall uses specially imported sweet potatoes, from taiwan, which are slowly roasted in unique ceramic ovens. This enhances the sweet’s potatoes’ flavour, natural sweetness and aroma without drying it out.

At first I didn’t know what the big “hoo-hah” is about as some of them (colleagues) were stating on the fact that these are from taiwan. There is even another colleague who practically buys the sweet potato milkshake every single day.

So I made a trip down to the stall and while I was waiting for the ‘goods’ to be ready, I tried one of their samples. My gawd! The potatoes are so soft and sweet! Unlike the fried variations you see at some stalls, the roasted ones are in a different dimension. Ok, might be exaggerating a lil bit due to Yakitate!! Japan but still, their products are quite good. If you wanna give it a try, there’s two place where you can get ‘em.

Updates

I’ve managed to update links and the likes so far. I’ve also moved all the content from my old blogger. This site is still in a mess though so give me some time to do it up as my common tests are around the corner.
