Background Story:

A.D. 20XX TOKYO

In the aftermath of the Great Destruction, those who survived constructed shelters, waiting for the day when they would rebuild their city.

Led by the Seven Philosophers these survivors constructed a massive tower.

This tower came to be called Shinjuku Babel.

Having lost their homes, the remaining survivors took refuge in an underground city called Third Home. This is where you learn the skills and techniques to be a Demon Buster.

Comments: Being an Atlus faithful, I received an invitation to play the closed beta of this game. I have to admit that because it is shin megami tensei (those who have played Persona should know), it sparked my interest to start playing an mmorpg again although I’m still in NS and I only have the weekends to play.

The mmorpg has the usual grinding and stuff but the main difference is you can form partnerships with the demons (think pokemon) and you can even fuse them to get stronger ones. The game has a story plot as well, to keep it from being your usual grinding mmorpg. The graphics are good, although not the best in the industry. The maps are huge, so there won’t be a case like one area getting clustered with players. All in all, if you liked the shin megami tensei series, you should give this game a try.
