Where you’ll never feel hungry!

Thailand, here we come!

This is possibly my last post before going on a 3 week hiatus. I’m heading off to Thailand for, as you have guessed, 3 weeks. The past 9-10 weeks have passed by quickly much to everyone’s surprise. Perhaps it is due to the packed schedule we have.

Well, ASLC so far has been pretty much alright (can’t really say now as we have not done our overseas training yet) We finished our final outfield training in Singapore, which was our Grandslam 2, last week. The highlight for our Grandslam was definitely the:

Chinnook Ride

I was pretty much exhilarated when I hear we were going to ride it. It was a pretty unique experience and the ride was quite smooth albeit the the loud metal noise produced by the two propellers.

Trench Digging

This  is probably one of the main reasons why people refused to go to ASLC. Well, the trench digging was probably not as bad as I thought since they supplied us with chungkol and spades. The sheer thought of digging it with the E-tools (a miniature version of the chungkol) was daunting but we were glad that did not occur.

With that, I bid you guys farewell. See you people in 3 weeks time!

Happy 21st Birthday!

enjoy-1

By the time you are reading this, I’m probably out there in the jungles of Singapore. Plus, we are staying in this week which is to say that we might not book out. Sad aye? The mosquitoes will probably enjoy it though. On a happier note, like I mentioned in the previous post, I’ve already passed my SOC so I can concentrate solely on the outfields now. It will be one hell of a ride as I will have outfield for three consecutive weeks, followed by my Thailand training.Oh well, thanks in advance for your wishes (since I will be outfield and won’t be bringing along my phone) I’ll catch you guys later!
